Nella sua casella di posta elettronica il Cliente riceverà conferma dell'ordine effettuato con il riepilogo dei prodotti, dei relativi prezzi e delle condizioni generali e particolari applicabili all'ordine stesso. Non vendiamo a persone minori di 18 anni di età. Ci riserviamo il diritto di annullare qualsiasi ordine le cui credenziali possano farci dubitare della loro veridicità.
OBBLIGHI DELL'ACQUIRENTE
Qualora venga effettuato un acquisto in contrassegno, il cliente si impegna a ritirare la merce ordinata; il mancato ritiro ed il mancato pagamento della somma concordata comporterà una penale di Euro 50,00 oltre le spese di trasporto e giacenza.
È fatto severo divieto all'acquirente di inserire dati falsi, e/o di fantasia; i dati anagrafici e la e-mail devono essere esclusivamente i propri dati reali e personali e non di terze persone.
MODALITA' DI PAGAMENTO

DIRITTO DI RECESSO
Ai sensi degli artt. 64 e ss del D.Lgs. 206/05, se il cliente è un consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l'acquisto indicando nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA), ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni e senza alcuna penalità.
Per esercitare tale diritto, il cliente, entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce, dovrà contattare il servizio clienti all'indirizzo kiarobit@hotmail.it dichiarando di volersi avvalere del diritto di recesso. BLUE DRAGON VAPE S.r.l. procederà inoltre, entro 14 giorni dal rientro della merce, al riaccredito dell'importo dopo aver verificato l'integrità della merce e trattenendo esclusivamente l'importo delle spese di spedizione. La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali (buste e confezioni), custodita ed eventualmente adoperata secondo la normale diligenza, senza che vi siano segni di usura o sporcizia. Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni: Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente, il prodotto, gli imballi ed il contenuto della scatola devono essere riconsegnati nuovi, integri e con tutti gli accessori, nel caso di "atomizzatori", "resistenze", "serbatoi di ricambio" e "aromi" il diritto di recesso è possibile (per ragioni igieniche) esclusivamente se il prodotto non è stato mai utilizzato e nel caso degli "Aromi" nemmeno mai aperto.
La spedizione della merce da restituire dovrà essere indirizzata a : BLUE DRAGON VAPE, Via Garibaldi 165, 20832, DESIO -MB-
Inoltre il diritto di recesso non si applica a: Pacchi aperti dal cliente, Flaconi aventi il sigillo di garanzia non integro, Prodotti parzialmente utilizzati, Prodotti danneggiati per incuria dal cliente.
GARANZIE
Tutti i nostri prodotti sono sono coperti dalle garanzie previste dalle normative Europee in materia di beni di consumo e si differenziano in base alla tipologia di prodotto.
Alcuni prodotti inerenti l'ambito delle "sigarette elettroniche" avranno restrizioni di garanzia, più precisamente: 1) gli atomizzatori (o le resistenze per atomizzatori rigenerabili) hanno un ciclo vitale (oggetti consumabili e deteriorabili) di circa 15 giorni ed una volta usati non godono di garanzia per motivi igienico sanitari. 2) le batterie e tutti i prodotti che ne hanno una incorporarata godono di una garanzia di 3 mesi
La data di riparazione e/o sostituzione di un prodotto in garanzia, non posticipa la data di scadenza della garanzia stessa la quale decorre sempre e comunque dalla data del primo acquisto.
Difetti manifestatisi a causa di usura, mancata o errata manutenzione, uso improprio, manomissione o danneggiamento volontario e/o involontario (urti, cadute, etc.), non possono essere considerati difetti di conformità. La scarsa manutenzione o l'eventuale urto/caduta di un prodotto elettronico, sono cause sufficienti a compromettere seriamente il funzionamento dello stesso, nonché la sicurezza del suo utilizzatore. Eventuali difetti di funzionamento manifestatisi a causa di scarsa e/o errata manutenzione o uso improprio, non possono essere in alcun modo considerati difetti di conformità ed inficiano la garanzia sul prodotto stesso. La manomissione del prodotto da parte di soggetti non legittimati dal Rivenditore, inficia irrevocabilmente la garanzia sul prodotto e sulle parti ad esso direttamente e/o indirettamente connesse.
RESPONSABILITA'

WARANTIES
All our products are covered by the guarantees provided for by European regulations on consumer goods and differ according to the type of product.
